ABOUT
Kelly Wessel, founder and CEO of Wessel Accounting, is a graduate of Furman University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration. She was the Director of Internal Auditing for a large healthcare system when she became a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She has since become a Certified Identity Theft Risk Manager (CITRM), a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor (2010), and has successfully completed testing to obtain a Certificate in Forensic Accounting (CertFA).
Kelly is a qualified mediator and Board member at the Upstate Mediation Center in Greenville, SC, a volunteer for the Reach to Recovery Program of the American Cancer Society, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
